El programa ARgentina Francia Ingenieros TECnología (ARFITEC) se funda en la implementación de proyectos de cooperación entre instituciones de enseñanza superior argentinas y francesas que tienen a su cargo la formación de ingenieros.
Pueden participar estudiantes argentinos de grado de las carreras Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniería Industrial e Ingeniería Química habiendo aprobado al menos el 60% de las asignaturas del correspondiente plan de estudios al inicio de la movilidad, y encontrarse cursando al momento de la postulación.
