• Homy – Student Rental App
  Homy is an application that centralizes rental offers in a single platform, with the added feature that all property owners must be verified in advance. A member of the service team will personally visit each property to confirm its existence, verify ownership, and ensure that the published photos accurately represent the current condition of the rental.
  

  

• This process helps prevent scams targeting people who do not live in the city or cannot visit in person but wish to move to Oberá to study.
  This is the first version of the project, focused on students, although the platform is designed to expand in the future to include other types of rentals.

A sustainable box designed to transform organic waste into life.
It allows for simple composting and, once buried, it biodegrades while releasing native plant seeds, promoting soil regeneration and the growth of new trees.

Es una plataforma portátil pensada para transformar cualquier pupitre en un espacio cómodo de estudio digital. Es una bandeja retráctil liviana y resistente que se coloca bajo el tablero del pupitre y se desplaza lateralmente para apoyar el mouse o material de trabajo. No requiere fijaciones ni modifica el mobiliario, por lo que puede usarse en cualquier aula. Su objetivo es mejorar la postura, reducir la incomodidad al usar la computadora y acompañar las nuevas formas de estudiar, donde la tecnología y el cuaderno conviven en el mismo espacio.

Soporte adaptativo para sillas pupitre.
Es un accesorio de madera diseñado para mejorar la comodidad y la postura de los estudiantes que utilizan sillas pupitre en aulas universitarias.
El prototipo amplía un 40 % la superficie de trabajo, permite un mejor ángulo de escritura o uso de notebook, y puede colocarse o retirarse fácilmente, siendo una solución práctica, económica y adaptable a distintos modelos de mobiliario educativo.
El proyecto fue desarrollado en la Facultad de Ingeniería (UNaM) como parte de una propuesta de rediseño ergonómico del mobiliario institucional.
