This paper presents a simple and practical method for determining reliability indices of radial and loop electrical distribution systems by using an automatic tool. This tool is developed by writing DIgSILENT Programing Language (DPL) script for determining reliability indices of each load point and the whole systems.
I used the skimming technique, skim the title, keywords, and abstract, to get an idea of what the article is about. Then I read the text in detail, underlining the specific terms, an look up difficult words.
The strategies I applied helped me quickly determine whether the article aligned with my objective.
